MKL Scalapack

Does anyone know if the Scalapack libs in the intel MKL (Linux version) that come with compiler 11.1 contain all the functionality as the package provided by Netlib, i.e., (computing + auxiliary subroutines)?

Most Netlib ScaLAPACK and auxiliary functions should be included.
