MKL and VISUAL STUDIO 19

which steps I have to do in VISUAL STUDIO 19, that I can use MKL for a project (which changes you had to do in the project attributes)?

Have you tried going to Project > project_name Properties > Fortran > Libraries > Use Intel Math Kernel Library > Parallel (or Sequential)?

MKL doesn't provide such an example, but we have the KB article describing the tips on how to link your program with MKL from Microsoft IDE.
