MKL and Windows XP Embedded

We have developed with National Instruments CVI 7.1 development system software that runs on Windows XP Embedded. This software ran fine until the latest version of CVI 8.0.1 changed the analysis library to MKL 7.2.1.Our software runs fine in full blown Windows XP but crashes at one of the functions in Windows XP Embedded. This is probably caused by some missing Windows XP component not included in the OS build.

Does anyone know what Windows XP Components are required by the MKL library for Windows.
