Hi,
a foundamental question: is there any comparison of MKL performance between Windows and Linux?
Currently all our (MKL-based) libraries are installed on Windows systems and I wonder whether there could be any noticeable performance improvement moving them to a Linux box.
The libraries are compiled by Intel C/C++ v8.1 and make use of ANSI C99 and OpenMP.
Cheers!

In the benchmarks I have seen of MKL on Windows vs MKL on Linux there has not been any significant difference in performance. Any difference you might see would not be related to Intel MKL.
