MKL update hangs on Windows Vista system

After installing SP1 for Vista-64 I cannot install the following updates:
w_fc_p_10.1.021_intel64.exe
and
w_mkl_p_10.0.3.021.exe

Both just hang. Prior to SP1 I did not experience any such problems.

Did you run install as Administrator? It may be worth a report to premier.intel.com, even if the problem is due to lack of good suggestions in error messages.
