MKL with Xcode

I tried to substitute the vecLib.framework with the Intel_MKL.framework. However, I only get the message

test3:0: Command /usr/bin/gcc-4.0 failed with exit code 1
Tool:0: can't locate framework for: -framework Intel_MKL

I already edited the search paths and environment variable DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH

no success.

Any help very much appreciated.
