More parameters for TT routines

Hi,

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to unlock more advanced parameters specification for TT routines. It would be incredibly useful if they would support the same parameters (strides, batches, scale, ...) as DFTI routines. As I found out, they use the same descriptor anyway.
