ODE Solver Support for C#

Does ODE Solver support calling solver API from .Net/C# managed environment?

Please notice that ODE solver is not part of product version of MKL and this is research project we implemented for gathering feedback. We have never checked how ODE will work form C# environment. probably it should work.
