PARDISO for shotgun pattern sparse matrix

MKL 10.2.4 PARDISO with default settings (mtype = 11)

1) hangs at phase 22 on 64-bit Windows (8-core Xeon E5410 @ 2.33GHz)

2) hangs at phase 11 on 64-bit Linux (8-core Xeon X5560 @ 2.80GHz)

3) produces a wrong solution on 64-bit Linux (Core 2 6600 @ 2.40GHz)

Matrix attached (700-by-700, real unsymmetric, 98709 nz)
