Request for older Intel MKL version with Windows 7 support

Dear Intel engineers and community,

I am developing a C++ dynamic link library using Armadillo, and I need Intel MKL that supports Windows 7 x64 for deployment on legacy systems. Unfortunately, I am not eligible for Priority Support and cannot submit a support ticket.

Could you please provide access to an older version of Intel MKL (such as 2018 or earlier) that was tested with Windows 7, or let me know how I can obtain it?

If possible, a standalone installer would be preferred.
