Using FFTW and PDE solver together

I'm trying to use the MKL fftw and pde solver in the same program, but having some problems compiling with the two together. Does anyone have any tips?

some more (detailed) info is required, I'm afraid, to give any advice. Compilation errors or linking errors? Please show warnings/errors compiler produces.

or, first of all please try to use the mkl linker adviser ( follow the link: http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=65510)
and then, if the problem still there, let us the more info as Artur recommended.
