can't install, FLEXlm error

I copied the install CD to disk and run the install. Got this error after I input the serial:

A valid FLEXlm license is required to install this product, but none were found in
/home/tools/intel_mkl_linux_10.0/instman
/home/tools/intel_mkl_linux_10.0
/opt/intel/licenses

Where is a valid FLEXlm license for this product?

OS: Linux bog 2.6.18-8.el5 64bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5

You need valid license key to install Intel MKL. Based on attached log, insteller has detected the expired license key on your machine (check_license.c:167 chklic_evaluate():Expired FLEXlm license was found in /opt/intel/licenses/l_mkl_XZ98TXGF.lic).
Could youtry to enterserial numberfrom CD during install? If it still will be unsuccessful, please attach the step-by-step procedure, we'll think about the possible workaround.

Hi,

we brought 3 copies of the Linux Intel MKL 10.0 . I tried all 3 serials that were inside the CD case and all of them gave the same error. Is there a secure way to verify those serials are valid?

Hello Mike,
I'll check serial numbers setwith latest packages and return to you with result in 1-2 days.
Then we can think about the workaround.
Or you can submit the issue against MKL to Premier support ( https://premier.intel.com/ ) to validate serial numbers.
