Starting this last summer, we changed from Suse Linux to Ubuntu. I have the C++ and Fortran compilers installed and working. Now I run the install.sh script for the MKL. First I try with the serial number we have and get the following output

Did you try at https://registrationcenter.intel.com to see if you can get a fresh copy of the license?
There is a separate forum for license questions, which ought to get help faster.
