openAPI MKL + i5-11th gen+ LabVIEW

Hello
Recently I have faced the problem of using LabVIEW functions related to Math Kernel Library (MKL). During development, the error loading appeared to me "...\resource\lvanlys.dll" A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed."

My investigation led me to National Instruments resources related to the same problem - link. But I was wondering that all mentioned their processors were AMD, but in my case, it's Intel. Recommended solution with an environment variable MKL_DEBUG_CPU_TYPE =4 didn't help in my case.

My configuration is:
- Windows 10 LTSC(1809) x64
- LabVIEW 2018.0f2 (32-bit)
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 (4 cores)

Why do I blame the processor? Because the same configuration on the i7-8750H works well.
I have updated Intel oneMKL to the actual version (2022.1.0.192), but nothing changed.

The question is: Is it possible to configure my system (OS env. variables, e.t.c) to get the correct usage of MKL in the LabVIEW IDE? How should it be done?
