Is there a tool like IPP's perfsys available for MKL? We have a customer that wants to see FLOPS for some of our MKL calls.

performance for VML&VSL is measuring in CPE (clocks per element) and independ from CPU frequency. It depend from CPU family only. For VML& VSL you can find numbers for Intel mainstream CPUs.
