Hi,
the license agreement says:
(3. D, (ii) and (iii)) (ii) shall not make any statement that your product is "certified", or that its performance is guaranteed, by Intel, (iii) shall not use Intel's name or trademarks to market your product without written permission.
Does this mean that the name "Intel" may not appear anywhere in flyers, documentation, and so on? If so, is it possible to get a "written permission"?
Thanks for any help.
