Hello,
I ve provisioned AMT with meshcentral, I used full automatic.
The clients are provisioned and in CIRA mode.
But some clients will stop to work after a couple of time.
This means: vPro is not accessible over https://localhost:16993. It will not connect to meshcentral
and if I run meshcmd I only get garbage
this is what i get
C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads>meshcmd.exe amtinfo
0
0
#many, many 0
#and if I press CTL+C
86400000
this is what i expect
C:\Program Files\Mesh Agent>meshcmd.exe amtinfo
Intel AMT v12.0.6, activated in Admin Control Mode (ACM), EHBC enabled.
Wired Enabled, DHCP, XX:XX:XX:XX:93:EE
DNS suffix: my.real.suffix
Connection Status: Outside, CIRA: Connected to mc.wolftech.solutions, Periodic.

If I shutdown the computer and remove the powercord. It will work again.
But I ve one client that is falling back to this behavior. And I dont allways want to call user that he has to plug out and in the powercord.
And I ve a Laptop, where I can not remove the battery.
I ve already tried just to reboot the laptop, but this does not help.
How can I solve this problem? Is there a way to restart AMT under windows?
thank you
bye stefan

Hello StefanW,
Thank you for joining the Intel community.
Since you are using MeshCentral you might need to refer your questions to MeshCommander support. But in this case you want to take a look at this article Intel AMT login error message "User name was not recognized" as per the issue seems pretty similar.
Hope this helps
