CIRA Not Connected

Good afternoon, I would ask for clarification and possible assistance in order to establish a connection via CIRA.
I have EMA installed on Windows Server 2022
I do not have internet access, I am trying to do everything locally.
Each device has a statically assigned IP address. (192.168.1.10 - 193.168.1.20)
The devices are connected to a switch to provide connectivity.

I also tried to do the correct AMT configuration in the BIOS.

(Virus scan in progress ...)

Hello KalinOne,

Good day.

Please note that both the server and the endpoints must have network access; otherwise, CIRA will not be able to connect. Intel® EMA also requires a public FQDN (e.g., .com, .net, or any valid domain as outlined in the following reference:

Intel® AMT SDK Implementation and Reference Guide

In real environments, EMA FQDN needs to be validated by a public domain certificate.

For provisioning in Admin Control Mode (ACM), a valid Intel AMT PKI provisioning certificate from a public certificate authority is required. This enables Intel® EMA to perform remote actions without user consent. If provisioning is done in Client Control Mode (CCM) without a PKI certificate, user consent will be required at the endpoint for certain remote management operations.

Additionally, to assist you further, could you please confirm:

  • Which provisioning method is being used — ACM or CCM?

  • Does the EMA console display the endpoint? If yes, please share a screenshot.

  • Kindly provide the ECT logs from the affected endpoint.

Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) Logs:

    1. Download the tool from the following link: Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant Configuration Tool (Intel® EMA Configuration Tool)
    2. Installation:
      • Download and unzip the tool.
      • Double-click the .msi file and follow the installation prompts.
    3. Run the Tool:
      a. Open a command prompt as an administrator (or use Windows PowerShell*).
      b. Navigate to the installation folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
      c. Run the following command:
      EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose

Looking forward to your response.
