CIRA not connected on AMT 16

Hi,

 

Keep getting "CIRA Not Connected" from my Intel AMT v16 hosts.

I can see them communicating with the EMA server on port 8080 but they still show as not connected.

The "Agent" does connect. This just seems to affect the AMT functionality.

 

I also have some AMT v12 hosts and they do always connect to the same EMA server without issues. This seems to only affect v16.

 

Any idea what can be the issue here?

To assist you further could you please provide the following information:


1) Kindly share us the ECT logs:

Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) Logs:

Download the tool from the following link: Intel® EMA Configuration Tool

Installation:

Download and unzip the tool.

Double-click the .msi file and follow the installation prompts.

Run the Tool:

 a. Open a command prompt as an administrator (or use Windows PowerShell*).

 b. Navigate to the installation folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).

 c. Run the following command:

 EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose


2) Kindly share us the screenshot from Intel EMA general tab
