Computers take an extremely long time to be provisioned and then get stuck in client mode

Hi,

We have been trying to get Intel EMa up and running for quite some time now, but keep running into problems.
We have already had support from Intel, who checked the certificates and structures with us.
Some clients were then provisioned correctly and also went into admin mode.

For some time now, the problem has been increasing that computers need up to two days after being added to the Intel group before they receive the provisioned status. They also get stuck in client mode and cannot be fully managed.
CIRA is currently only available on a few computers.

We only use one server that has all the roles, as there are only a small number of clients to be managed with EMA.

The AMT version of the affected computers is 12.0.99.2145, our EMA installation is currently at version 1.10.1.0.
The error has been occurring for some time now and prevents the computers from being fully managed. It is not possible to set the wake-up time or manage the BIOS remotely.

Are these errors known and could someone give me a tip on how to solve them?
