EMAConfigTool does not work with newer Dells

EMAConfigTool.exe (latest version 2023) does not work with Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250.

Intel Core Ultra 5 245 3.50GHZ.

Intel LMS Service is running.

We get "Issue with WSMAN: Unable to Connect".

EMAConfigTool.exe works fine with all our other machines (previous gen).

Tried these drivers to no avail:

I'm having the same error on the DELL Micro FCM 2250 PC. Did you find anything further?

My Wi-Fi profiles don't sync from the OS to the Intel AMT.
