Hello Phil,
Greetings!
Could you please confirm the console (EMA, mesh central) you use to manage the endpoints?
We also request you to share the Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) logs from both machines.

Download ECT: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19805/30485/intel-endpoint-management-assistant-configuration-tool-intel-ema-configuration-tool.html
1.Installation:
- Download and unzip the tool.
- Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts to install it.
2.Run the Tool:
- Open a Command Prompt as Administrator (or Windows PowerShell*).
- Navigate to the installation folder (default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
- Run the following command:
EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
