Hi evenlin1,
Greetings!
We see that you are trying to Provision the Endpoint with Intel EMA 1.14.3 running with the latest AMT 21, however the endpoint still shows CIRA not connected and the AMT not provisioned.
Before we proceed, we would like to know the below details:
Total number of endpoints provisioned and the number of endpoints not getting provisioned.
Production or test environment.
Remote provisioning or is it through the Lan in the companies domain.
Cloud or on prem.
Please share the ECT log of the endpoint under consideration.
Steps to collect the Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) Logs from the endpoint:
- Download the tool from the following link: Intel® EMA Configuration Tool
- Installation:
- Download and unzip the tool.
- Double-click the .msi file and follow the installation prompts.
- Run the Tool:
- a. Open a command prompt as an administrator (or use Windows PowerShell*).
- b. Navigate to the installation folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
- c. Run the following command:
- EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
Thanks & Regards
Arun

Hi evenlin1,
Thank you for sharing us the details, however, we see that the ECT does not contain the model of the laptop and the mode of provisioning and also it seems to be that the BIOS has been out dated.
Kindly let us know the these details so that we can assist you accordingly and we also recommend you to upgrade the BIOS and the ME drivers on the endpoint to the latest as a best practice,
As the AMT version is 21, we would request you collecting the RPC Go log for fetching further details upon the network as well.
Please find the steps to collect the RPC go log, given below:
Release v2.48.10 · device-management-toolkit/rpc-go · GitHub
You may have to download the Windows x64 RPC Executable.
Open a command line or PowerShell window with Administrator rights.
Go to the location of the software
Type: .\rpc_windows_x64.exe amtinfo
Thanks & Regards
Arun
