Dear Community!
I have an Lenovo Thinkcentre M920q with vpro. If I connect to the machine via Mesh Commander, I can connect, can wake it up, can use remote desktop. But. If i connected via Mesh Commander, the OS (W10 Pro) can't see any wifi network. If i restart the machine, and disconnect from Mesh Commander, the OS is reach the internet, but then the Mesh Commander won't work. What do i wrong? This thing is only on wireless. If i use wired connection, there is no problem.
Thanks

Dear Community!
The problem is solved! The missing of "Intel Management Engine Driver" was the problem. I've installed it, and everything is work now!
Thank you!

Dear Vijay N!
I am Private Person, that is why i use Mesh Commander. By the way, when the machine is unreachable, then the web page is unavailable too, not just only the commander. So I can't open the machines IP address 16992 or 16993 port. Nothing is reachable. Only when the machine is soft off.

Let's dispense with the use of mesh commander. If i try to reach the PC in web browser with IP address and 16992/16993 port then the error is stil present.

Hello yodee13,
Greetings!
I have reviewed the case from the beginning, and if I am not mistaken, Mesh Commander works correctly when you are using a wired connection. The issue appears to be occurring only with the Wi-Fi network.
Please note that Intel® vPro™ is only supported on Intel processors, motherboards, and embedded network cards (both wired and wireless). To ensure proper functionality, please double-check in the Device Manager if the wireless card is an Intel product.
Additionally, the AMT Web UI will work if both machines are on the same LAN.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Vijay N.

This is quite a complicated situation. If the PC is connected to the network with wired the AMT is working fine every situation. But, if i use wireless connection there is two option:
1. The PC is soft off. I see on the router, that the PC is connected to the network, and I can reach it via web browser with IP and 16992/16993. I can wake it up, remote desktop, all function. BUT! If i wake up the machine like this, then in the OS (Windows 10) there is no active connection. I don't know why. There is no available wifi networks, the OS show there is no network connection, and i can't ping the PC from an other, but remote desktop and other vpro functions are available. On the System status page it show IP address, and active wireless connection.
2. The PC is soft off. I turn it up with power button, and let the OS (Windows 10) boot up. When the os is ready, wireless connection is active, i can reach SMB shares, DLNA, internet, everything. But, from other PC i can't reach the iAMT page with IP and 1692/16993. If i open the page on the PC, i see the System status page that the wireless connection is down, and no IP. But the OS is work perfect. I think this is a sync problem but how can i solve this? If i'm not wrong the Intel PROset application is integrated to the windows . Or not?
I hope i write it understandable. If not, sorry but english is not my motherlanguage. Ask me and if i can, i answer it.

Dear Vijay N.
This is a very interesting case. I try to explain it.
1: The PC is soft off. On the AMT web surface my SSID and password is settid up with priority 1. On my router i see, that the PC is connected, and get IP address with DHCP. From PC2 I can reach the PC via web browser with IP address and 16992/16993 port. I see that the wireless interface (Intel 9560)is connected, and everything is fine. In this case if I power up the machine, and remain in connected status, than if the OS (windows 10) is booted up, there is no network connection. There is no available wireless connections. But I continue reach the PC from PC2. If i hit a reboot and disconnect the AMT connection, the rebooted OS is works perfectly.
2: The PC is turned up by power button. The PC is going to unreachable by AMT at that moment when the OS is started. The PC is reach LAN, reach internet, SMB, everything. But, the AMT features are unreachable from outside.
I hope i explain it understandable. If something is not clear pleas ask.
Thank you!
