Hi,
I just found following description in AMT SDK 16.0.3.1 and realized USB manual provisioning is deprecated.
Release notes file for Intel® AMT SDK USBFile Tool
-------------------------------------------------------------------
USBFile Tool release 16.0.3.1:
----------------------------------------
# This release aligns with the AMT FW, and removes support for activating AMT
manually, using a USB flash drive that contains an AMT configuration file.
The option '-conf' set to 1 (manual configuration) is deprecated in this
version.
When will the function be removed from AMT platform?
I couldn't find about it on AMT Inprementation and reference guide (on line document).
thank you,

Hello smaki0322,
Thank you for joining the Intel community
Not only the AMT USB manual provisioning is deprecated, the whole SCS software package is currently end of live. Its been replaced by the Endpoint Management Assistant software. Please take a look at this article:
Intel® Setup and Configuration Software (Intel® SCS) End of Life...
