Intel AMT (for 13 gen CPU) utility tool

Hello,

I would like to set up  intel AMT provisioning for power management.

I have heard that TLS connection is required. (non-TLS is not supported).

Which utility tools I should use for AMT settings with TLS.

I found the information that Intel Manageability Commander doesn't support for the latest AMT version..

Is there any alternative utility tool?

I would appreciate if some one help me.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I know that intel manageability commander too.

What is the different between Manageability Commander and Endpoint Management Assistant.

Intel MC doesn't support the latest AMT (AMT 15,16) ? Intel EMA support AMT 15,16?

Hello TK1483,

Thank you so much for your response.

Intel MC is not as actively supported and updated as Intel EMA; therefore, if you are planning to have a deployment with some of the latest AMT versions available we recommend trying EMA.

Thank you !!

I just want to establish AMT TLS certification setting for power management.

Meshcommander could establish self-certification easier.

Intel EMA can establish it for AMT ver15, 16 right?

Hello TK1483,

Thank you for your response.

With EMA you are able to use our powershell scripts to do things such as the ones below:

- Set-IntelEMAEndpointPowerState: Sends a specified power command to an

 endpoint.

 - Set-IntelEMAEndpointPowerStateBulkFile: Sends a specified power command to a

list of endpoints managed by Intel(R) EMA.

If the above is what you meant by power management with EMA then yes, you are able to do things like that, as well as other help desk features, you can find more information on that in the link below.
