About a year ago, we let our certificate lapse on our server without renewing it. We found that we would have to replace it at that point. Since replacing it, we have been getting this error, but everything we have tried has failed to resolve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think we have found the issue. The GeoTrust certificate does not seem to be compatible according to this:
https://software.intel.com/sites/manageability/AMT_Implementation_and_Reference_Guide/default.htm?turl=WordDocuments/certificatechainsforhostbasedconfiguration.htm Intel(R) AMT SDK Implementation and Reference Guide
We are getting a new cert with a root that is compatible according to that site and I will post the update.

Got the new cert from GoDaddy. Still not working.
Someone please help, 3 months and not a single reply. It seems we are getting a new error though:

Hi jwurm12,
I assume that you are referencing your provisioning certificate to be the one that expired, is this correct?
I will try to help you out to the best of my abilities, I do recommend you to open a biz-support ticket for your issue so that a customer support rep can take this case and help you bring the issue to a resolution. Please enter your ticket here: https://bizsupport.intel.com/ https://bizsupport.intel.com
I will assume that you configured your platforms with TLS/SSL, have you tried accessing your platform web interface? https://machinename:16993 https://machinename:16993 ? Please try to do this and report back what are the results.
From the last error code that you posted it seems like the RCS was unable to find the mebx password and that is the reason for the reconfiguration failure, if you know your mebx password you may want to manually unconfigure the platform and only then attempt a reconfiguration.
Again, your best bet is to open a support ticket since this web forum is not actively monitored by Intel employees

I still need help with this. I've tried submitting a ticket on Bizsupport and now I can't even log back in to that site, it just loops me around asking me to create an account.
Please for the love of god, someone help me. We need this technology to work in our environment.

This problem is finally solved. Our AMT setup on the client machine did not have the "Activate Network Access" completed. Once we activated the network access in the AMT setup on the board, we were able to run the configurator and everything worked.
Bonus points to whoever can figure this out for:
How can I "Activate Network Access" on all the machines in our network that don't have this done remotely. Booting each machine in to the AMT setup in person is not an option.
