Dear Sir or Madam,
Can you please help - we seem to have lost connectivity to our clients after an upgrade of the server components from 1.14.2.0 to 1.14.3.0.
Even updating a client manually doesn't seem to bring connectivity back - i.e. the EMA console shows them as disconnected.
Client Log files seem to have these errors:
[2025-06-04 04:31:17.983 PM] \Agent\MeshManageability\agent\microstack\ILibAsyncSocket.c:521 SSL WRITE ERROR1: 5. Last error: 10053
[2025-06-04 04:31:17.984 PM] \Agent\MeshManageability\agent\microstack\ILibAsyncSocket.c:522 SSL WRITE ERROR2: 183. Last error: 183
[2025-06-04 04:31:17.986 PM] \Agent\MeshManageability\agent\microstack\ILibAsyncSocket.c:521 SSL WRITE ERROR1: 5. Last error: 0
Can you please help?
Kindest regards
Yasser

Hi YasserA,
Greetings!
We see that the Endpoints have got disconnected from the Intel EMA console, after updating the EMA version from 1.14.2 to 1.14.3.
Before we proceed, please let us know the details asked below:
Environment: Test or Production ?
Number of Endpoints? How many endpoints have got disconnected?
Are the disconnected Endpoints related to a specific region?
Was there any other hardware or software changes made apart from the upgrade of Intel EMA version?
Mode of Provision: ACM or CCM?
Troubleshooting performed so far?
Best Regards
