How do I submit an Intel Fortran 11.1 SPR?. I have a simple example of source code that fails to compile correctly using the Intel Fortran 11.1 compiler. (The code compiles correctly under version 8.2.)

(I am supposed to have premier support but that is not working. Apparently Intel's support database of registered users is not functioning correctly and has lost my record.)
