Unable to add computer in Intel(R) SCS Console. Standard AD is selected in tools>settings. Please suggets. I have Dell optiplex 780 vpro enabled machines.

if you mean add computer to users tab in SCS and provide permissions to it, you are correct you can't add computer object directly. in order to do so you need to create AD group add computer there and then add the group to the console

My VPro machines are on domain and in different OUs. when I add computers to all system collection, it asks for four things FQDN, UUID, AD_OU and Profile. I put FQDN, ad_ou and profile. where can i find uuid for the particular machine.
Can i add all my AD computesr in all system collection.
