Intel SCS Fails to Load

I installed the Intel SCS server and everything worked as expected. The profiles were made and it all worked. I restarted and now I can no longer get into the SCS console.

 

When I launch the console from the start menu, I get the following error

Can someone please help because I am so lost? The logs are attached.
