Hello Philiplong3,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.
We understand that you are looking for Intel® vPro® drivers. Before addressing that, let me briefly explain how Intel® vPro® technology works.
Intel® vPro® Platform Overview
The Intel® vPro® platform is a set of hardware technologies and solutions designed to provide a reliable, secure, and high-performance foundation for business computing.
System manufacturers integrate these technologies into their business-class systems to deliver enhanced manageability, performance, and stability.
Key benefits include:
· For business users: A premium computing experience enabling higher productivity and responsiveness.
· For IT administrators and businesses: Flexible management, hardware-based security, and platform stability — ensuring better control and peace of mind.
For additional details, please refer to the following Intel article:
Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT)
Intel® AMT is one of the core features of the Intel® vPro® platform. It provides remote management capabilities that allow IT administrators to manage and repair systems even when they are powered off or the OS is unresponsive, as long as the device is network-connected.
How it works:
AMT operates through the Intel® Management Engine, an independent hardware component built into the chipset. This engine functions separately from the main CPU, BIOS, and OS, enabling secure and reliable out-of-band management operations.
vPro-capable endpoints are available in two versions:
· Intel® AMT Enterprise – Supports full out-of-band management, including wireless connectivity.
· Intel® AMT Essentials (Standard Manageability) – Provides a more basic level of in-band management.
The main difference is that the first option allows Out-of-Band connection and wireless connection
For more information, please review the article:
Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA)
Intel® EMA is the latest management solution that works with Intel® AMT to provide a modern, cloud-based interface for endpoint configuration, power management, and secure remote access.
Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA) software allows users to remotely and securely manage Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) devices beyond the firewall via the cloud on known Wi-Fi networks. Intel® EMA is cloud-based and provides both in-band and out-of-band management using an agent in the operating system for any Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 platforms. It is supported on all systems with Intel® AMT 11.8.79 or later.
Intel released the software Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA). The zip file contains the installation guides for the server and endpoints.

Intel® vPro®-Related Drivers
There is no single driver titled “Intel vPro Enterprise driver.” Instead, Intel® vPro® functionality is integrated across several components — the most critical being:
· Intel® Management Engine Interface (MEI)
Download Intel® Management Engine Drivers for Windows 10 and 11
Additional Option
If you are managing a smaller number of devices, you might consider using MeshCommander, a third-party tool that supports Intel® AMT-based remote management.
Please note that MeshCommander is not an Intel product and is not officially supported by Intel.
If you have any further questions or need guidance on configuring Intel® vPro®, Intel® AMT, or Intel® EMA, please feel free to reach out — I’ll be happy to assist you.
Best regards,
Vijay N
