I’m using intel EMA except this error is created and I don’t know how to fix it 

Action : LockRootAccountAdministrator, FileName : MainForm.cs, FunctionName : lockLocalRootAccountAdministratorToolStripMenuItem_Click, ExceptionMsg : System.Exception : Impossible d’obtenir la chaîne de connexion déchiffrée après les tentatives.
à MeshServersCommon.DBCore.GetConnectionString(ConnectionType connectionType)
à MeshServerInstaller.MainForm.CheckAuthenticationType(AuthType expectedType)
à MeshServerInstaller.MainForm.lockLocalRootAccountAdministratorToolStripMenuItem_Click(Expéditeur d’objet, EventArgs e).

Windows show a error too 

Please help me if you have the solution.

According to the pictures provided, the EMA instance was created with the Local Account authentication.  So, we need to use the option called: Intel® EMA Credentials.

Accessing Intel® Platform Manager requires a Global administrator account. The same account that we use for creating the EMA instance.

I suggest testing the account by opening the EMA web console and logging in with the global administrator account.
