Killer Control Center functions

Hell. I have the BE200 Killer 1750x wifi card in my Asus ROG Stryx GL703GM laptop.

I downloaded the Killer Performance Suite and went to the Microsoft Store and supposedly downloaded the Killer Control Center.

I cannot get it to display the download and upload speed from Speedtest.

It does not show I am joined to a particular band of my wifi that I select.

And can you sign in to it since it has a user name and password?

Thanks, Matt

Hello olegeezer,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:

  1. When did you purchase your system?
  2. Was it working fine before?
  3. Did you upgrade the wireless controller of this system or this is embedded on this system?
  4. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Best regards,

I bought the BE200 Killer 1750x on September 19 to replace mt AC9560 wifi card.

I downloaded all the latest drivers from intel and from Windows. I have the Windows 11 Home 64bit version 24H2.

I have repeatedly done clean installs where there is no traces of previous installs.

I have done a clean install after removing my antivirus and still cannot get Killer to display download and upload speeds.

I have installed my Bitdefender antivirus and set the rule of outgoing and incoming for speedtest.exe.  Sill does not help.

Is the Killer program set up where you can sign in to it? I see there is a SSID User name and password but no place to sign in.

Matt

I have done everything listed in the link. I have updated all drivers in Device Manager. I have installed Windows 11 Home 64bit version 24H2. I added speedtest.exe to my Bitdefender Rule Outgoing and Incoming. Intel SSU does not pick up the BE200 Killer 1750x/w in Device Manager. I have contacted intel support and am still waiting. The Killer Control Center will not work.

Hello olegeezer,

Upon checking, you also have a web case with us reporting the same issue.

I suggest that we will focus on one case which is the web case since it is already under investigation.

Because of this, I need to close this inquiry.

If you need further assistance, please post a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
