Latest BIOS for intel nuc NUC6CAYS

Hi,

I am looking for the latest BIOS version for my intel nuc NUC6CAYS
So that I can download and install it on my intel NUC.

Currently my NUC is hanging after several hours and I hope that a BIOS update might fix this.
FYI this is my current BIOS version: AYAPLCEL.86A.0067.2020.1228.1519 (2021-01-31)

I have attached the final BIOS release, BIOS 76 (AYAPLCEL.86A.0076.2023.0710.1018).

I looked though the Release Notes. I am not seeing any changes that would stop you from updating directly using the F7 method. It is always safer to use the BIOS Recovery process, however.
