SCCM 07 R2/SP2 AMT issue

Ok, i am having an issue SCCM 2007 R2 SP2 and my AMT clients. I do have the Intel WS-Translator installed on the server and both SCCM and the translator are setup per the guides here. I have so far been able to get the 630 and 6400 to show as detected in SCCM but i can't them to go farther. the AMT config on all the clients before i started was completely unconfigured.

My clients: Dell d630c, Dell E6400, and HP Elitebook 8440p (i7 chip)
