Hi,
Does anybody can help me find documentation regarding the following issue:
Customer has an install base with AMT provisioned (admin mode) and managed by SCCM 2007. Know customer wants to migrate to SCCM 2012. Are there any documented procedure to do such upgrade? I've suggested to use SCS 8.2 to reprovision install base and then manage thru SCCM 2012. What are the hot spots in doing so?
TIA
Alaor Neto.

Alaor,
There are multiple step-by-step guides available online for migrating from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012, including one from Microsoft.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682006.aspx Migrating Hierarchies in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
As for the AMT clients provisioned by SCCM 2007, make sure you unprovision them before you migrate to SCCM 2012 and SCS 8.2.
