I have an EMA server V1.14.1.0 with several endpoints in Admin Control Mode.
I can access these endpoints through the web interface on ports 16993 and 16992 and manage the various options correctly.
However, on the server, the Hardware Manageability tab always shows the message "AMT is not reachable."
What should I configure to display the hardware information on that tab?

Hi David_CCyL,
Greetings!
We see that the AMT is not reachable from the EMA console which is seen on the hardware Manageability tab.
Before we proceed, please perform the troubleshooting steps given below and share your observation.
Network Connectivity:
Ensure that the device with AMT is powered on and connected to the network.
Verify that there are no network issues preventing communication between the EMA server and the AMT device by ping or telnet.
AMT Configuration:
Check that AMT is properly configured on the target device. This includes ensuring that AMT is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings and that the device is provisioned correctly.
Firewall and Security Settings:
Ensure that any firewalls or security software are not blocking the ports used by AMT. AMT typically uses ports 16992 and 16993 for communication.
Check that the necessary ports are open on both the EMA server and the Endpoint device.
EMA Configuration:
Verify that the EMA server is properly configured and running.
Ensure that the EMA server has the correct credentials and permissions to access the AMT device.
DNS and IP Address:
Ensure that the EMA server can resolve the hostname or IP address of the Endpoint device.
Check for any DNS issues that might be preventing the EMA server from reaching the Endpoint device.
If the issue still persists, please run the ECT log on the Endpoint on which AMT shows not reachable:
The steps to collect the ECT logs from the Endpoints are as given below:
Installation:
Download and unzip the tool.
Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts.
Run:
a-Open a command prompt as administrator (alternatively, you can run the tool from Windows PowerShell*).
b-Navigate to the installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
c-Run the command: EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
Best Regards

Hi @Arun_Intel1
Thank you very much for your response.
Your message was very helpful. Everything is working correctly now.
My issue was with a Wi-Fi interface that didn’t have the correct connection profile assigned, so the EMA server couldn’t reach the endpoint.
I created a connection profile with visibility for the server, and now everything works perfectly.
Best Regads
