VPRO SCOM Management Pack Not Showing General Settings

I have install the VPRO mangement Pack after provisioning through SCCM. I think have followed it to the letter via the installation guide. The only part that I left out that I didnt think was valid was the opening of ports for TLS. I have my firewall turned off so this should not involve this issue. The exact issue I ma having is in the Post Installation task where I need to set my Discovery Settings. When in SCOM and I go to Monitioring, Intel AMT Systems - Service Settings on the Center pain I should be seeing setting that I can edit. These are not visible. Anyone any ideas of what I have done wrong or what I need to do? Please help this is pretty urgent Many Thanks. C.
