Hello NLima5,
The Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) lets you remotely access computers when the operating system is not available or the computer is turned off. The requirements for AMT are:
1. A system with an Vpro chipset.
2. Either an Intel® Core™ i5 vPro™ and Core™ i7 vPro or Intel(R) Xeon processor
3. A Wireless or Wired Intel(R) Nic.
4. The computer needs to be connected to a power source.
You can check the system requirements here:
Intel® Setup and Configuration Software (Intel® SCS)
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/software/Intel_SCS_User_Guide.pdf
Additionally, you can check the Intel® AMT Configuration Utility:
Additionally, please provide us some additional information:
What software are you trying to install?
Can you please provide us the model of your system?
Are you getting any error messages?
On how many systems are your trying to install Vpro?
Best regards,
Sergio S.
