Hello we have installed Intel EMA v1.14.4.0 on a single server installation
we have more than 12.000 endpoints in the database
in the last time i get tickets that the agent are running, but in the console there is the device as not connected.
after reboot and i wait 5 min the device is connected in the console.
and sometimes i do not find the client in the log file EMALog-ManageabilityServer.txt
we are a international company, so not all clients are running to the same time
so and i want to know how can i find out if the single server installation is the probleml, because i found the information that more as 10.000 endpoint it is better to use a multi server installation
is there a way to see the simultaneous connections to the EMA server
in the Platform Manager no errors (only from one endpoint in Canada)
only some warnings about :

Hello wosat666,
We see that the agent files are running upon the endpoint however the endpoints shows connected only after 5 minutes, and hence you wanted to check for the simultaneous connections of the Intel EMA in an single server environment.
You would be able to view the connection simultaneously on the Intel EMA swarm server logs from the platform manager, please find the steps to login to the platform manager.
If you have the platform manager installed, please follow the steps shared below to login to the platform manager and check upon the swarm server logs to simultaneously check for the connections:
Run Platform Manager and monitor the swarm server logs:
1) Test Platform Manager Access:
I) Open the Platform Manager application.
II) Click the Connect to Server icon.
2) Fill in the following details:
Platform Manager Server Identifier:port: <FQDN:8000> or <localhost:8000>
I) Intel® EMA Web Server Identifier: <FQDN> or <localhost>
II) Click OK.
3) Authentication:
Enter the following credentials:
I) Username: <global admin username>
II) Password: <global admin password>
III) Click Next.
Thanks & Regards
