intel desktop utilities not start-BH67CL

Hello my name is Luis, i have a https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/xl/es/motherboards/desktop-motherboards/motherboards.html Desktop Boards (Intel) BH67CL, and a have problems with intel desktop utilities, it doesn't start,You can view this images and undestand my problem:

This is a old versión, but i installed it because the people of support of Intel recomend that.

However my problem continue, and with the new versión is the same thing.

Note:

operative System: Windows 8.1 64 bits.

Bios: Intel corp. BLH6710H.86A.0160.2012.1204.1156 (update)

Versión intel desktop utilities tested: 3.2.8.089, 3.0.15.063

try reinstalling several verces but the problem persists.

my old motherboard with this software worked well (the same serier BH67CL) but changed to a warranty and does not work with this the Intel https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/xl/es/motherboards/desktop-motherboards/motherboards.html Desktop Boards.

I analyzed my operating system with this coman: sfc7scannow for failures but apparently has not problems.
