Hello DavidSharonowitz

Developers need both the SDK and an Intel® RealSense™ camera (system-integrated or peripheral) in order to enable their apps with Intel® RealSense™ technologies. You may download the https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-realsense-sdk/download Intel® RealSense™ SDK | Intel® Developer Zone

According to http://click.intel.com/intel-realsense-developer-kit-r200.html http://click.intel.com/intel-realsense-developer-kit-r200.html Camera is available for shipment to addresses in:

United States, Canada, China, EU, and Japan.

You could get relevant information here https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-realsense-sdk-support https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-realsense-sdk-support
