I've changed the battery (tested 3.3V), cleaned the pins but the message still remains when I start my nuc. Any idea ?

Possibilities...
Have you gone into BIOS Setup (Visual BIOS) and set the date and time?
Are you sure that you didn't purchase a battery with its wires crossed (lots of these around apparently)?
I may think of more, but this is a good start.

Hello FDal0,
Thank you for posting your question on this Intel® Community.
Due to Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i5SYH being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help.
You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request. Thank you for understanding.
