Difference between F250 and SR300

what is difference between F250 and SR300 ? They look very similar

I had never even heard of the F250 until today, but apparently it is a real thing. It could be a variant of the F200 with slightly different components, similar to how the LR200 is an R200 with improved RGB resolution and light emitter components. The only official Intel mention of it seems to be in the release notes for SR300 DCM 3.3 on an Intel download mirror site.

The few sites that listed an F250 seemed to be Chinese sources such as Alibaba, and a China-based eBay seller.

So I've never seen a F250, but the fact that the LR200 exists tells me that - like the Loch Ness Monster - one might actually exist somewhere.
