Downloading SDK 2016 R2 (10.0.26.0396) for R200

The latest SDK release 2016 R3 dropped support for R200 camera, so I need to download the previous release 10.0.26.0396 but can only find link to down the SDK runtime and not the full SDK.

Can you provide a link to downloading previous versions of the full SDK? I found this location https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/previous-intel-realsense-install Previous Intel® RealSense™ Install Software | Intel® Software but it only has links to older SDK runtimes.
