Hello, I am using Intel realsense D435 windows 10 and I have USB 3 I cannot use it . When I connect the camera its showing that USB 2.1 .I have updated my firmware using DFU .I need support from intel.

Could you please first try inserting the camera into the USB port quickly and firmly, as inserting it slowly can increase the chance that the camera may be mis-recognized as USB 2.
