I currently work in a project where we must connect an Intel D435 depth camera to an Android device. The Android application waits for the frames from the camera and do some calculations (like distance, objects detection ...)
INTEL can support the development of applications running in Android devices?

Hello Marios,
Intel RealSense SDK 2.0 (librealsense) is a platform developed and supported by Intel. The first link I have provided contains the official guide on how to connect Android device with RealSense D400 cameras.
The second link I have provided contains a pull request that have been tested and confirmed to work by RealSense users. An official guide for non-rooted Android devices have not yet been released.
On https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues/2746 RealSense Team informed that they are planning to publish a version for non-rooted devices, but we do not have a release date yet.
Thank you and best regards,
Eliza

Hi again,
I have a question about the development Android Applications for Intel RealSense D435 depth camera as proposed in the link:
Why is necessary to install Android Studio for Linux and not for Windows?
Thanks in advance,
Marios
