I need to open a support request but your website is broken

I would like to open a new service request but can't do this through your website. Every time I try to log in I keep getting bounced to different versions of your website (UK, US and AUS) then land on a www-ssl.intel.comnull server not found page when trying to create a "New Support Request" from the Intel Support tab of https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/profile/my-intel.html# /support-wt https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/profile/my-intel.html# /support-wt. I get the same page error when trying to load my Support History.

Others please post here too if you are having the same issue. I have tried on the latest Chrome and Firefox on two computers.

Same this is happening to me! Whenever I try to make a support ticket or go anywhere near the warranty centre I get the null webpage and it comes up that the dns server cannot be found.

Hi! This is the exact same thing that is happening to my account as well. Just gets redirected to the null page after I click support history or try to open a ticket. If you could please fix it I would appreciate it!

I encountered the same problem. Just redirect to https://www-ssl.intel.comnull/ https://www-ssl.intel.comnull/ and no response after click "Requst Support".

Yes, I can't request RMA ticket today.Even clean cookie or create a new account.

Okay, thank you very much! I will pass it onto the relevant Intel person so they can pass your browser details on to the IT people who have been working on the problem. The issue seems to be related to the browser software rather than an issue at Intel's end.

my website is also still not working, it worked for about a day i signed in to check if it was actually working and then when i went to put through a ticket the next day i got the null page again....

After the problem was finally fixed it now asks me to register a support account and every time I do it I dont get a verification email and when I click resend I would get one but it would just be a page saying redirecting you and nothing happens. It keeps telling me to do the support registration but I have done so a million times and nothing works.
