I would expect the resolutions available to depend on whether your Android device supports USB 2 or USB 3 / USB 3 OTG (a USB 3 micro-port on mobile devices that can have ful USB 3 devices attached via an adapter). If it is a USB 2 device then the range of available resolutions will be much more limited than on a device with USB 3.
Pages 54 -56 of the current edition of the data sheet document for the RealSense 400 Series cameras list the formats, resolutions and FPS speeds available on USB 3 and USB 2.
